General objective:

Create a strategy to enhance the website’s user experience by addressing search intents related to cybersecurity, digital asset protection, and corporate data security.
This will help boost A3Sec’s visibility with partners and competitors, driving potential clients to reach out through the website.


​​Specific objectives:

UX – UI – UX Web

-Define the primary and secondary navigation goals within a new information architecture that aligns with user search queries, fostering connection and building loyalty through effective data collection.

-Conduct A/B testing of the site map with real users that match the buyer persona, enabling continuous improvements. 

-Gain a deeper understanding of user behavior on the website and landing pages to enhance the overall experience.

-Implement developments and actions tailored to meet user needs.

Technical SEO for content

-Inform and attract visitors interested in topics related to information security.

-Optimize content-focused pages and track their performance to boost visibility on Google compared to competitors in the same sector.

Engineering

– Increase website traffic by analyzing heat maps and tagging all CTAs throughout the site.

-Improve client session duration on the website and landing pages by continually enhancing load speeds.

-Optimize and refine the website code for better search engine rankings, as this is a key indicator of best practices for any search engine.

-Implement developments and actions that address user needs.

Strategic and Geolocated SEO:

-Boost organic search trends and improve rankings for key industry-related terms.

-Optimize content-focused pages and monitor performance to enhance visibility on Google’s geolocation.

-Strengthen key terms within Google My Business listings to improve brand reputation.

​​Engineering Tactics (Execution Tracking)

January

  1. Initial request to update A3Sec’s entire website portfolio, including design, web narrative, and all graphic materials (see portfolio attachment).
  2. Understanding the brand and its business objectives.

February

  1. Development of a “Thank You” page for the “Déjanos blindarte” section (see attached link).
  2. Removal of the duplicate Global Tag.
  3. Site review to fix incorrect redirects.

March

  1. Creation and presentation of SEO, UX-UI, and Engineering strategy – (See strategy attachment)  
  2. Adjustment to the footer bar for newsletter subscription.
  3. Established directories for implementing multi-country hreflang tags on the A3Sec website (See attached request) 

April

  1. We created Sandra García’s meeting page for the English version of the site.
  2. Created the “Déjanos blindarte” form section for landing page use, ensuring it matched the design of the conditional redirects (See attached link) 
  3. Updated the redirect on “Déjanos blindarte” for Latam to link to Monica Quevedo’s meeting page (See attached link) 

June

  1. Redirect personalized blog to https://blog.a3sec.com/es
  2. Adjust URLs with special characters. (See attached document) 
  3. Adjusted “Déjanos blindarte” section on the “Somos A3Sec” page to include the form.

July

  1. Updated the “Déjanos blindarte” section on the following pages: Detectamos, Reaccionamos, and Sectores.

  1.  “Thank You” Page Development: Impact: High. A well-designed “Thank You” page enriches the post-conversion user experience by offering additional information, instructions, or relevant calls to action.
  2. Special Character URL Adjustments: Impact: High. This action significantly improved search engine optimization (SEO).
  3. Audit Adjustments by Delivery Phase: Impact: High. These audit-driven changes addressed performance, security, and usability issues, elevating the site’s overall quality.
  4. Organic Traffic – Main Domain (https://a3sec.com): 

A year-over-year comparison (Sept-Dec 2022 vs. Sept-Dec 2023) was made using Google Search Console, as the platform only allows for a 16-month analysis. The findings highlight that

  • A 2.6% increase in clicks (visits to the site)
  • A 14% improvement in impressions
  • A 10-position increase in average ranking (which indicates where the site appears in search results)
  1. Organic Traffic – Subdomain (https://blog.a3sec.com): 

A comparison for the same period (sept – dic 2022 vs sept – dic 2023) using Google Search Console, as the platform only allows for a 16-month analysis  shows:

  • A 15% increase in clicks
  • A 146% improvement in impressions
  • A slight drop in average ranking by one position (indicates where the website ranks in search engine results)

This analysis, conducted using Google Page Speed, provides insights into the actual performance and loading speed of the web pages that make up a website.

Scores between 0-49 indicate slow loading times, 50-89 are considered moderate, and 90-100 represent fast load speeds.

For A3Sec, we worked on next-gen image optimization and resource minimization, improving desktop speed by 3 points and mobile speed by 46 points, moving from slow to moderate.

  1. TOP 100 Keywords:

The number of keywords ranked in the top 100 increased from 580 in January 2022 to 1365 in December 2023, representing a 135% increase.
