As one of the three strategic business groups within the multinational Alianza Team, Team Solutions approached Sí Señor Agency seeking independent, geolocated web pages for their subsidiaries in Mexico, Chile, and Colombia, along with a specific page for Alianza Team USA.
Goals
- Develop an English-language website for Alianza Team USA.
- Create a Spanish-language website with content that adapts based on the visitor’s country or their country selection.
- Organize the brand’s previously shared content hierarchy.
- Adhere to brand guidelines as specified by the client.
- Integrate a performance calculator and a test for Tu Solución Ideal.
Execution
To implement the specific strategies and tactics for this project, a multidisciplinary team was assembled, comprising specialists in User Experience (UX/UI), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Web Engineering.
Each of these professionals played a pivotal role in executing their respective areas of expertise, contributing comprehensively to the project’s success through the successful delivery of various web pages. Their responsibilities included:
- SEO: The starting point of this project involved a technical SEO analysis, identifying opportunities to enhance information architecture and user experience. This led to the implementation of specific, prominent keywords for the sector, along with the integration of CTAs across different sections of the site.
- User Experience (UX): Following the structuring of information into distinct sections and internal pages such as Home, Our Story, Solutions, and Sustainability, two design phases were conducted. The first phase focused on User Experience (UX), involving low-fidelity design—a grayscale layout representing the basic user interface schema.
Subsequently, we progressed to high-fidelity design, which detailed the interface or product, incorporating elements like photographs, typography, and brand-specific colors. - Web Development: The site development prioritized user experience (Frontend) and server functionality (Backend), integrating interactive features. Notable aspects of this project include the performance calculator, projecting profitability based on product usage, and the Test for Tu Solución Ideal, integrating over 10 question-answer flows to determine the optimal oleic product for specific businesses or products.
