In the weeks leading up to the event, we created a coverage plan detailing how we would promote the two-day event and the resources required, based on the schedule provided by Warner.

We produced 8 posts, including 5 videos and 3 carousel posts. Highlights included:

Results
Despite time constraints and limited content, the posts garnered strong engagement, especially on Instagram, reaching over 6,000 people and achieving an engagement rate of more than 2.5%.
