Dentix is a company that provides dental procedures and has locations in several cities throughout Colombia.
Goal
The brand’s main objective was to get clients to visit one of its centers. To achieve this, it was essential that the investment not only generated results but did so in the most cost-effective way possible.
Solution
Throughout the active period of the paid media, various strategies were implemented (which will be detailed in the next section) with the primary goal of generating more leads at a lower cost.
Execution
- We conducted regular reviews of the top-performing ads and copy, and based on those findings, we made adjustments to optimize the account.
- A geolocation strategy was implemented to drive first-time visits to specific centers.
- We also created a campaign that allows users to book appointments directly without an intermediary.
Results
- The account began with an average cost per lead of 21,544 COP and ended at 16,331 COP, resulting in a total reduction of 5,213 COP.
- The self-scheduling campaign initially had an average cost per appointment of 46,756 COP, with one campaign bringing that down to 33,710 COP.
