Case
How can we inform visitors at El Dorado International Airport about the offers available within the international terminal? To meet this requirement from OPAIN SA, we developed a microsite.
Goals
- Regularly updated offers.
- Desktop and mobile-friendly design.
- Traffic measurement capability.
- Guide screens with step-by-step instructions.
- Promotion activation with a link to the map.
Execution:
A microsite is essentially a standalone website with direct navigation and a single objective. To achieve this, we defined specific steps, including writing the content, designing the screens, and developing the interface.
- Content writing: We collaborated with the UX Writing team to create concise and precise texts that facilitated navigation and discount redemption. This was crucial for the site architecture, content hierarchy, and the positioning of buttons with calls to action.
- Screen design: This website, like most designed by Sí Señor Agency, involved the UX/UI Design team, who crafted digital products that are usable, attractive, and easy to navigate by combining user flows with best practices in visual design.
- Interface development: The microsite was developed using JavaScript and Unbounce as the Content Management System. We also took the necessary steps to ensure the correct display of images in both desktop and responsive versions and implemented measurement scripts to track campaign results.
- Delivery: As the final phase of this project, we trained the client on how to effectively operate the CMS, enabling them to change promotional images without needing additional services.
